My herb bath is a blend of herbs chosen for their spiritual and healing properties to soothe the body, calm the mind, and enhance spiritual well-being. Each herb has unique properties such as purification, protection, spirituality, healing, and manifestation, making it an ideal way to cleanse the aura, ward off negative energies, and deepen the connection to the divine.
Make enough to use for three days n refrigerate the rest. Great to do weekly.
Add herbs to a big pot of water. Allow it to simmer for about 5 min. Do not over boil. Cool, strain and use. Shower as normal and once you’ve done showering shut of water, rub off excess water off your body and pour this mixture over you from shoulders down. Air dry and stay in for the night.
This is a very aromatic sweet bath!
