You’ll get 4 prepared and ready to use nails with instructions. 
Do not rinse or do anything with them except what is written on the instructions.
Side Note - This is a fantastic way of making sure  if you’re having issues with landlord/home owner due to certain reasons and they’re refusing to renew your lease … they’re going to have a hell of a time getting you out. Keep in mind if you owe rent this will delay your eviction but will not keep you there permanently.
